3. Use of Demo Tools
Our "Demo Lab" is provided for demonstration purposes only. We provide individual tool passes to let you see how automation works in real-time. These tools are provided "as-is," and we are not liable for any decisions made based on demo data.
4. Custom Developments
When you hire Wikkan for custom automation, the specific terms of ownership, maintenance, and fees will be governed by a separate Statement of Work. Generally, we ensure that you own and control the systems we build inside your own business accounts.
5. Limitation of Liability
Wikkan and its directors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or our informational materials. Automation involves connecting third-party services (like Google, QuickBooks, or Stripe), and you are responsible for maintaining the security of those accounts.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
